Speaker: Regina Aikens, Manager, Customer Relations, Illinois District One

Regina Aikens is a senior manager with the USPS. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago. In her decades of experience within the USPS, she has held multiple leadership positions. She is currently the Manager of Customer Relations for all of Illinois District One, under the new district structure announced in 2021.

Program 1:  

Returning again this year, Dave Lewis of Snailworks has presented our highly acclaimed Annual Update on Integrating the Power of Tracking Into Your Mailings. Today’s barcodes allow mailers to know the status of their mail in almost real time, but can also be integrated into creative digital marketing initiatives.


Speaker:

Dave Lewis provides SnailWorks’ day-to-day leadership. He is well known in the mailing industry as an expert in all things Postal, particularly when it comes to their Informed products. Dave has been in the mail tracking business since 1999 – SnailWorks is the second mail tracking company he has helped to create. Dave has played an important role in shaping the mail tracking segment of the mailing industry.

Dave is frequently invited to speak at industry events, has served on the Boards of multiple industry associations, and is active in MTAC – the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee. He is currently industry co-chair of MTAC User Group 4 on Mail Visibility. Dave is a graduate of the University of Maryland. When he isn’t mailing and marketing stuff, Dave enjoys buying (and even occasionally playing) guitars and traveling.

 

 

 

 

Program Two: Intelligent Mail barcode Accounting (IMbA) and Qualified Business Reply Mail Qualified Business Reply Mail (QBRM) is Business Reply Mail type that utilizes the power of today’s intelligent barcodes. Benefits include reduced processing times of reply mail and faster invoicing by automating counting, rating, invoicing, and billing processes. In addition postage discounts are available for using these technologies.

Speaker: James Duffy, Manager Mail Prep & Payment, USPS

Mr James Duffy is a career leader in the USPS. He has worked in Business Mail Entry, Enterprise Payment System, Systems Reporting & Visualization and PostalOne! Systems and Reporting.  He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained.   He has worked on the following USPS Projects Teams:  Seamless Adoption & Compliance, Periodicals & Pending Periodicals, IMBa Adoption and Reporting and MTAC User Group 11 Lead
